This review is for the online platform / customer service. I'd honestly rate the platform a 0. It is glitchy and is difficult to make payments. I had to call 3 different times, send an email and tried 3 different cards to make a payment before I gave up in frustration. I called one last time and spoke with a sister by the name of Janee, she intercepted me in full rage mode and was still able to remain professional, work through an issue that I wasn't even privy to and ended the call with a great attitude and she helped me get my payment made. She definitely understands customer service and if it wasn't for her my perfect payment history would've been tarnished for something i had no control over. Thank you Janee!
