This is the MOST unprofessional business I’ve EVER encountered. The girl was rude, wrong, unprofessional, and her kid was in the middle of the floor playing, shouting, and watching programs with all kinds of obscenities. I would avoid the illiterate if I were you.

Ms. Bolden is great at her job. She’s professional, courteous, straightforward and goes beyond her duty to help customers. I would recommend this place solely because of her exceptional customer service. Even though I was denied she still wanted to get to the root of the issue.
