The branch manager there must have some sort of egotistical disorder because after I told Mr. Hicks that this person couldn’t be contacted at work on the company time about a personal matter he continuously called, I reached out to another branch manager at the Montgomery branch and this man told me he called people jobs all the time! I politely told him I worked in collections for years and if the person ask you not to call their job as it may result in them receiving disciplinary actions you are not to call! Tower loan I ask that you update your people on the collection laws because at this point it’s disgusting at the calls this man is making around our district as if he’s trying to embarrass the person. It seems so personal.

Tower Loan will never get any more of my business! I recently realized that they have not been reporting my timely payments to the 3 major credit bureaus. I have been told this is a fault of the bureaus and not them. I beg to differ since they haven't reported since March! I fell that since they won't report there is no need to pay on time. However, I'm sure that if I'm late they wouldn't hesitate to report that!!! I'm in the process of seeking a lender to pay that loan off someone who will appreciate my business. I was told that they are aware of the problem but NO ONE was courtesy enough to notify their clients. I'm very disappointed!!!

Literally the worst loan company I’ve ever dealt with in my life! Had a loan with them for a year to build credit. Worst experience ever! Extremely poor management & horrible customer service! Don’t ever expect a phone call back from these people unless you are late on a payment. Every time I needed help with something I had to ALWAYS drive there to get something done. I would never recommend this company no matter how bad you might need a loan! If it were my company I would fire every single employee in there!
