Very helpful,lost my wallet with I'd and everything else they had made a copy of my driver's license and printed it out for me they replaced my debit card while I was in line . The print out of my driver's license was all I needed to a new one.they went above and beyond the normal of what you get now special thanks to the teller

I had 2 loans with them. One being a car loan. My car got totaled out and was paid off by insurance. Pay off amount was given to insurance for a 10 day pay off. Insurance paid that amount and car should have been paid off but NO. Agreeing that this was THEIR mistake.. they refused yo resolve the debt of $29.66. Now given the interest they have already collected from this loan yo begin with at 11.95% and then have already cashed the check for pay off and still can't fix their OWN mistake of $29.66? This is absolutely ridiculous!

Staff is always helpful and happy. If I ever have an issue they are quick to get it fixed.

I’ve been a member for over 6 years. I attempted to acquire a loan over the phone with no response to my voicemails for over 2 weeks. Once i was contacted by a loan officer, Keith, I received very terrible service. Needless to say, I will not be banking with this credit union any longer.

June 8,2023 hours between 3:45 and 4:00 pm drive thru service was horrible waited in line patiently and finally when my turn press the button for service and didn't receive it I got on motorcycle was serve before I was I was there before him 2 minutes before so I press the button again and I was told we be right with you isn't first come first serve or we choose who u to serve smh
