This place is terrible just to make a payment. Three times I've been by to make a payment and there was a sign on the door that they were out with no other information. Another time I went by and they couldn't take cash. Today, there was an employee that was left alone in the office ON HER FIRST DAY and couldn't take a payment, but told me I could come back after her manager came back from lunch. They charge a fee to take a payment online AND in the office. This is SO frustrating. I do have to say that I only used this company because I purchased something after hours when my credit union was closed and I got a great zero percent interest rate.

These people do not follow state rules on collection yes I'm behind due to unforseen circumstances this past year I have never been late before I have kept in touch with them they pulled my credit with out my permission the manager is very rude called me back to back then called my mother 2 seconds later. Didn't even have a chance to call them back. I'm surprised they are still in business.

Get behind due to unforeseen circumstances and they call everybody. Told them when I would pay and they said no it had to be right now. Do not use this rinkydink place. Very rude

Great experience with Amari Williams branch manager. Kind , courteous and professional. Need more people like this .

This place is a total rip off and anyone who works there needs to evaluate their conscience and who it is they are working for . Constantly changing management employees and payments . Preying of the poor and uneducated . They got the right one now
