Great customer service from the workers within the Thomasville location! Always nice and friendly! This company extended me a loan when no other company would consider me. Every 6-8 months, I refinance my loan with no hassle or problems! This is the only loan that I will keep open. As long as you be responsible/can afford to pay back the loan, I recommend First Heritage Credit any day!

The manager Ashley is the rudest most disrespect loan person I’ve ever dealt with. I was sent and email saying I could apply for additional funds so I did. So I called a couple of time because I hadn’t heard back from them and she called me desperate and accused me of not using the funds for what I said I would. I will be paying them off soon and will never deal with another First Heritage Credit again. I’ve never been so offended in my life by someone in that business. I called corporate and told them so when I asked Monday about the loan she said something was wrong with my application but I believe that was a lie. If I could give them 0 stars I would. She’s very unprofessional and doesn’t need to work with the public.
