MAX Credit Union, Troy, AL

The worst bank in area hours on the phone don't take credit cards for car payments and just not up to par. Don't have time to wait and have to drive 122 miles to nearest branch .

I went in a week ago to have my account and my sons accounts linked and it still has ent been done. Now they are to busy to take my call. Can’t go inside because the lobby is closed. Time to find a new bank. Not that they will care because I’m not a rich man but still don’t need to to give them the few dollars I have. 10 minutes later after leaving this review and a I guess the people at the Troy, Al branch finally completed the paperwork and magically the accounts are linked.

The friendly and knowledgeable folks at Max Credit Union has always been there for me. They have financed 4 vechicles for me. I like the fact that they now have a branch in Troy and I'm making every effort to transfer my business to that account. I'm interested in expanding my business in Ozark and would indeed love to see a sign posted in front saying " Financed by Max Credit Union " Regardless Max is the place for me!

I have never had a bank where they don’t care about you or your family after a death. Let’s just say I didn’t get the attention as others that didn’t look like me!

Don’t try to call for anything because you will be waiting an hour or more. You also better have EVERYONES information that is on a auto loan just to pay the bill and when I say everything I mean socials as well. 🙄 The customer service is beyond TRASH 🗑 We will be refinancing after this payment.

They will take your money and then act like they don't know where it went. I would never recommend this bank! It's horrible!
