My last experience was very dissatisfying I was belittled and she was very rude !! I will not be returning !

Seriously the worst people to deal with!!!!! They are rude as hell. If you get behind ONCE they BLOW your phone up even if you have already talked to them!! Your work phone and everything!!! They are ridiculous and they lied they do NOT help build your credit back up!!

The manager there is so rude if you ever get behind on a payment they will blow your phone up work phone up and any reference you use the manager is the problem like how she talks to people is crazy like when I was laid off from my job she told me I should have prepared and it was no excuse and I needed to be in with a payment even though I told her I was get my taxes the following month but she didn't want to here that and tried to take me to court and even court said all I owed was amount of loan and even though the court sent them a letter stating such since the manager didn't show up to court but yet even when payed loan off she didn't considered it payed till I payed all late fees and court cost for court she didn't even show up to and the court had sent a letter stating court cost were taxed to the plaintiff so finally I just payed it so they would take it off my credit report but did they no and when I contacted her about it she said it must be the credit burus fault because she reported and I should take it up with them she is lying because ain't no way every other time she reported it went thru but now I pay it off and nothing changes please do not use this company you will regret it

Heather and Anna at first sun are great people to work with on a loan they have always been great for me i recommend everybody to go see them at first sun
