The ladies Pam and Tina was very knowledgeable and professional! I had the pleasure of speaking with both of them and they both explained all the options that were available. When I felt like I kept calling with questions they remained patient me and addressed all my concerns. Overall they made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end! I’m so thankful that OneMain helped me when I needed them to.

Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. The only person worth anything in this branch is Ashley. Do not do business here if you can help it. Cannot stress enough how horrible the attitudes of Pam and Tina are. Unbelievably unprofessional and out of line. Have been a customer of One Main since 2017. But I will take my financial business elsewhere from now on.

Wonderful services from the sweet ladies at one main, excellent professional services from them and oh what a sweet smile on there faces. I called that morning about a loan and the importance of it and before the day was over I had the money deposited in my bank account and oh what a relief it was with my money issues. My experience with the staff was great. I am rating three stars because I paid off an existing secured loan with a new loan. However, I feel the branch manager missed pointing out an important detail. A significant change in the interest rate for the new loan, resulting in me paying a much higher interest rate on the portion of the loan that I paid with my new loan. Yes, I should have realized it. However, I think it would have been appropriate and a more transparent had my loan officer noted this important difference as well. I've had a fantastic experience in the past, which is why I went back. I can't say that I would be a future customer because of the lack of true transparency.

The process was easy, I used my van for collateral, it took a couple days, staff was very pleasant and work well together I will definitely refer family and friends money was in my account next day my bills was pay off the next wk. I will use you guys again if I ever need a loan. Thank you
