Regions is an okay bank. On the positive side they are large enough to be convenient when you travel in the southeastern US. Negatively, they don't make any decisions at the local level so any relationship that you build will have very little impact on business decisions. They are very corporate and in the last few years moved to a more aggressive sales approach. They cold call and try to pitch products that you might need based upon a computer algorithm. I have had an account with Regions with more than 15 years and will continue because of convenience but I also recommend a good local bank or credit union

I love this bank. Amazing tellers and staff. They make you feel wanted and will help you with everything you need.

This is a great bank, I Love to work with the people they are so kind and friendly, I have banked with Regions more than five years and I don't intend on giving anywhere else, they work with you and they seem to care about your needs being meet, thank you Regions Bank for hiring a great staff of workers.
