U.S. Bank Branch, Arkadelphia, AR

The drive thru was open so after driving 3 hours--due to the fact that Texas doesn't have any US Bank branches--I was able to deposit my check. USBank could do a really good business if they just put a branch at the border.

They really need to get their landscaping under control. I couldn't see out of any of their exits, due to overgrown landscaping. It was incredibly dangerous. Also, what's up with the blocked enterance to the atm, from the side street entrance?

Easy access especially when driving a semi truck.

I have been a customer of US bank for several years now and would say my overall experience has been good. However certain processes have been made painfully slow and lack of follow up was an unpleasant experience for me. I was attempting to do an international wire and was told that it would have to get approved..that is fine I understand there are processes in place for this and they take time. However, my problem is the lack of follow up from the employees there. I called on a Thursday and was told someone would call me back.. no one called. Called on a Friday and was told someone would call me back in an hour as soon as they finished with a client.. no call back. I check in later and same deal. Told I would be contacted and no follow up. Come the following Monday I am also told the person would call me as soon as they finished with the client. No call back. I work in a similar industry so I have an abundance of patience with the processes that are in place and understand some things take time... but the lack of follow created a terrible experience for me. Who knew doing an international wire would be such a painful experience.

Amy Williams deserves to be promoted. She was the first banker that I spoke to out of 30 (no exaggeration) to help me and had amazing customer service. I am beyond grateful for her
