Do not use. They have terrible systems. What the other user below said. I have had 0 issues in 20 years with late payments. They reported a payment to credit bureau and destroyed my credit. There's no account you can view your stuff, can't do auto payment unless they send you a form AFTER you contact them through an online form. You are blind , trying to pay your account with the loan number. God forbid you lose that 1st letter. You never get any other information. No empathy from their employees. Will never use again and move my loan now.

The reviews are TRUE. I have NEVER had any late payments until now. This WORST creditor ever. Something is wrong with their system they reported to credit bureaus and RUINED my credit . I had amazing Credit never missed a payment on my 2 cars or mortgage. Always made payments on time. I will be getting a lawyer and take legal action. The lady KAISHA GOTT was very rude and unprofessional . Karma is coming your way!!!!!!

What an unfortunate adventure trying to get loan approval for an ATV purchase. Despite having a credit score WELL above the bank’s advertised minimum required, they denied the first application. Dealer Direct then approved partial finance with more money down only to change the APR and request a larger down payment right before signing. I have never had such a poor experience with a lender in my life! Do not recommend.

Never have I missed a payment in 10 years until dealer direct became my creditor. Out of 8 payments, 2 were missed and 80% get late charges..... They have their system set up against you and it runs 2 months behind so you never know what payment you are on.
