I have 3 accounts with Arkansas Federal Credit Union. I have been in all the branches and have also been treated with the utmost respect. I went into the Benton AFCU. I will never step foot back in there. They were so very rude that they would not speak and carry on a conversation with me. I was trying to cash in so change ask them to IM the West Little Rock branch they just stood there like I wasn't talking. I guess they thought I was poor cashing change. Thank God Bryant branch and West Little Branch are not like that, or I would move my business. Benton, you need to let West Little Rock and Bryant teach you Customer Service.
