Misleading Mortgage Broker. I setup a loan, acted in good faith, then they cancelled my loan after not following through with many promises of a low rate lock etc. Out $435 useless appraisal for a loan that THEY cancelled in bad faith when credit was excellent. Cancelled out of spite.

He stayed on top of everything through the whole process and even shopped the rates till the end and came up with a significantly lower interest rate than we originally expected.
