I will say that yes, they did get our loan refinanced. And I know that was work, so I appreciate that. But, I found this company to be very hands-off. At the end of this whole ordeal, I can see that I sent a total of 10 questions to the people handling this that were completely ignored. On more than one occasion, the person handling my acct. said they'd get back with me the next day or end of day but then never did. Supposedly, for a couple of weeks, I had nobody working my loan at all because somehow they were both either out of the country or in the hospital? But then, they kept sending me stuff during that time so I have no idea. No communication at all. The loan was tremendously less than what we originally agreed to, and they left one major bill completely off that was supposed to be included for consolidating debt. But there was no one to call or email or anything who would answer questions, so in the end, we just gave up and signed to get it over with. We will refinance again down the road with someone else. I feel we were just a nuisance to get out of the way and still don't have a clue who is going to service my loan so we will see where that goes. We're low income small business owners trying to get out from under covid mess and really felt that we were not the least bit important because we can't really make anybody money. Just trying to survive this mess. Simple communication was not too much to expect from someone. If I treated my clients this way, I would be fired. And adding now that there was important paperwork that they didn't even have us sign, which is typical of how this whole thing went down. Forgotten checks, forgotten bills, forgotten amounts, forgotten signatures, forgotten clients most likely. Maybe try being in the office more?
