This being our third home purchase has given us enough experience to make an informed review based on our past experiences. Without a doubt, Tamala was instrumental in getting us the best rate. Furthermore, the service she offers has considerable advantage compared to traditional lenders. Admittedly, the process is a bit more tedious but once Tamala approves you for a loan, it’s 100% approved for that amount. It doesn’t go through a bunch of other hoops where it could potentially get changed to a different number at the wrong time. This gives someone in a crazy housing market full of cash buyers a chance to compete. She even talked to the selling agent to explain how her services are unlike traditional lenders. I believe that goes a long way at putting a seller’s mind at ease. She had excellent communication and was patient at explaining her process to us when we had questions.
