Equity Bank, Berryville, AR

The staff is great and it is a clean bank but ever since they switched over to Equity bank their system keeps malfunctioning and losing transactions on our account. If you rely on your money being in your account all the time until you use it don't choose this bank.

Had a problem with being overdrafted 3 times. Tried talking to manager, she didn’t even bother talking to me. Would not do any business with this bank again.

Had to wait because they didn't have enough chicken for my dinner but it was worth it! Hot and fresh chicken with yummy sides! Friendly staff.

Even though I bank with them, they wouldn’t break my bills into the change I needed. No one was waiting, it was just me there at the time. I don’t appreciate being turned away by my own bank. Very inconvenient. CS Bank across the street who I have no relation with was very happy to help and do what I needed done. Do better.
