This used to be my favorite bank. But recently, after visiting 4 times and was unable to open up an account because they couldn't tell me properly what I needed the first time. And, yes, there is room for me to have misunderstood, but 4 times and I asked for a written list the first time I was there. And after the 2nd time, I called a different branch for clarity[they were great].
Then the last time, please read below:
"Service has really changed here"
King, "No it hasn't "
"This is my fourth time in here. Last time no one helped me after waiting 30 minutes because you all closed while I was waiting. I can't get the proper information and when I walked in here today you didn't even smile and greet me as a customer. "
King, "I wasn't ready for you to walk in here"
And someone not only told me to walk in her office, I waited for King to invited me to sit down.
Regardless, she just admitted she was rude from the beginning. Asking for information she didn't even need because in 2027 I will have been with them 10 years. Not anymore.
