Be careful they give out information to people they shouldn't. And they will give more information than there supposed to. Even if person not authorized or on account. Closing my account soon.

Someone walked into this institution and opened an account in my name. The woman, Vionshae “Shaka” Pugh is about 200 lbs heavier than me and half a foot taller but somehow managed to use my ID and write hot checks around Arkansas. Ms. Robin in account services, wouldn’t provide me with the video footage or the paper work they have on file of this forgery, even though we called an officer and launched an investigation from her office. It’s really tragic that the criminal is having such an easy time robbing the credit union and me, while the victims struggle

To me it is the absolute best place to do business the people are nice pleasant you don't wait long and you're in and out in no time and they are very observant of your account if anything suspicious they stop it immediately and inform you there is no other place I would rather do business love it.

The most professional and helpful organization in this area. I have been involved with them for about 32 years. I have worked with other financial institution in the area and far away. I prefer NEAFCU over all others.

Been using this bank for years never had a problem until today not being able to deposit my check. Every week I being my check and it's been fine working.

I just went to have my check deposited into MY ACCOUNT! Not some ramdon persons account!!! Now I have to go back to the bank tomorrow and get it fixed. This should not happen especially when it's dealing with people's hard earned money!!!!!

Have to spin a wheel to see if your card will work at checkout know matter how much money you have in the bank!!!
