Jake knows his business. He explained all the details of our loan, was very professional, personable and if you ever need a loan Jake is really the loan specialist you want. My wife and I left another mortgage company because we didn't feel like they cared for our needs anymore and Jake did. Exceptional business dealing.

As a realtor not being able to get in touch with the lender quickly can cause issues but with Jake he is right there every step of the way.
