Bank of Cave City, Cave City, AR

I just opened an account here after moving to the area. Everyone was super kind and helpful getting me set up with new account and debit cards. When I had an issue with getting my cave city app working I called and they were quick to help me get the issue resolved. This bank definitely has the hometown feel and make sure you are completely taken care of. I would definitely recommend them!

their Debit Card system is terrible at least 3 times in 4 or 5 years my card has been locked,,, I depend on that card being valid and this last time it cost me half a day and $20 in gas money to fix their mistake,, and they act like it is my fault,,,well no more I opened a new account at another bank as soon as I get all my autopays moved I am closing the account

This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Most of the people there are rude.

They can never resolve an issue they've created themselves. Repeated issues with rude behavior. Absolute loss in ordering me checks. Never once received them. Constant banking errors on their app. Absolutely sickened by their inability to have proper customer service for Veterans and civilians alike. ATMs are always down.
