Bank OZK, Clarksville, AR

I received a VISA gift card for my birthday. I called before going into the lobby and was assured that I could deposit the funds in my account. Upon arrival I was given contradictory information by a teller in the same branch. Most frustrating.

Banked with these guys for over 15 years. I forgot to update my address after I moved, so I was unable to receive my statements. So they were returned to the bank. So they decided instead of calling me(number was still on file) they decided to take $5 everytime it was returned. Which is nice... for them. Love how a financial institution can legally rob you. Bank with these guys at your own risk.

Teller that helped me was wonderful, unfortunately teller Stacy stood there and was taking photos of the individuals in the drive thru with her personal cell phone. Moving forward I will no longer be banking with Bank OZK.

The clarksville location has literally messed up 3x since I've moved to clarksville. They have accidentally delayed one of my checks, forgot to deposit it and then were hateful when I called to inform them and told my husband he couldnt deposit my check because I wasnt on the account without looking to see I was in fact on the account.

Their team was very helpful when I had problems or simple questions.
