Ive heard banking was good with company. The 2 stars is cause the lady at the desk . Is not very friendly she seem aggregate she got to work. And they tell you nothing at all abouy what comes with you account like fees and etc. They want dl and ss cards. Ask few questions and want money and send you out the door. I have never went to a bank they didnt tell you about the checking or saving account fees and etc.nothing about checks. Older people like to now everything about what there getting .

I was so excited when RRFCU came to De Queen. I have been a member for almost 20 years and found when I moved to Gillham the closest bank was Ashdown which was 30 minutes away. The staff is the best and helpful with all my needs. I can't wait until this pandemic is over and they can come back to work.

I literally have to drive to Ashdown to get ANYTHING done. Never seem to have an answer as to why they can’t help me. They just say they can’t! Just De Queen location, all other locations are amazing!
