Seem to have a lot of on-line banking issues. Everyone pushes paperless, but irritating when you can't even pull up your account balance. UPDATE: Talked with the nicest women (Cindy, Amanda and Stacy) and my problem was resolved. Very patient as they walked me through every step along with resettings on the banks end. Thank you so much!

Definitely better banks around town... At least the tellers are friendly.
