Rude and refused service because I was 3 points away from the minimum requirement for a loan. 3 point they refused to work with me just 3 points

Called and asked about why they were charging so many fees and they were absolutely rude to me over the phone and basically said “you signed up for this now deal with it”

Good credit union just not a fan of some of the fees they charge

Seen their adds saying they can help anyone improve their credit as well as get approved for loans. Just called up there and asked for more info about it because my husband and I are trying to get a loan for a vehicle and was told our credit score isn’t high enough and that it has to be 540 for them to even work with us. My husbands credit score is 511, and they weren’t willing to work with us on that. We pay over $800 a month on a car that’s been in the shop more than on the road, so we’re trying to finance a better vehicle and they refused to work with us. So yeah. Not so very helpful 👍🏻

Very tacky place, was traveling and unfortunately they no long let you make deposits to another credit union. It’s 2023, keep up with the times.
