Arvest Bank, Eureka Springs, AR

I withdrew 22k from my checking account, 6 months later Arvest bank filed a lawsuit against me without a mention of a reason. I have 5k in attorney fees and now Arvest has cancelled the lawsuit without a reason. I have received no communication from the bank. Apparently there has been a huge mistake however I feel Arvest is liable for my attorney fees.

My Boss issued me a arvest backed payroll check. I brought the check into the bank to cash and was told that it would cost $5 for them to cash their own check.....???? Huh it's an Arvest check.... It's from an Arvest account !!!!!! I'm at an Arvest Bank !!!
