This branch charges $5 to send a fax even though it's an 800 number. I used a different branch last week in a larger town and there was no charge with an 800 number. That just doesn't seem right to me. Paid the fee but won't use this branch again.

Terrible bank! No signage saying they charge a $5 fee to cash their own checks- after the teller wrote all over my check and made it to where I couldn’t deposit it into my own bank, then tells me there is a $5 fee to cash it. This is why I don't bank here any longer! Walmart owned bank- horrible business practices!
