Equity Bank, Harrison, AR

This bank will NOT let you use your cards for rental vehicles through ANY COMPANY. They have no fraud protection in place and cannot process disputes. Do not let them tell you it's because rental companies will overcharge you. This is not true, and has nothing to do with the rental car companies.

The downtown equity is way better! Way better customer service! Been with this bank for 2 1/2 years always going to the downtown location. everytime I have a problem its with this location. Seems like you all hate you're jobs. Customers service is #1 Update! Still the same way! Get a new job! Downtown equity bank knows me by name! Such sweet ladys.

Let's just I wish I would have never opened our accounts here personal and business. The customer service is less than acceptable in more than one occasion. Unfortunately we will be closing our accounts here soon and will no longer recommend Equity Bank to any of our friends or family members.

Honestly the worst bank I've ever been to. I use their mobile app to keep track of my account on a daily basis and doubled checked one day to make sure I had the funds for my energy bill. A couple days later I'm charged $240 in overdraft fees. I went in and talked to the manager about it and she told me that Online banking isn't accurate and I should have been keep track on paper. This is the 21st century. If your online banking isn't accurate don't offer it. Every bank I've ever been with has been completely accurate with online banking every time I check. Ridiculous! I'm pulling my money out and banking elsewhere.

The staff is excellent and Jackson Murray is awesome! Wonderful bank!!
