I'm 23 credit is decent for my age. Joey, cheryl, and brenda have all been great! They aren't rude and very understanding the many phone calls they get from me lol. They're very prompt to respond to any questions I have willing to help and havent felt judged or belittled once there. Great service and great group of people!

I would give no stars if that was an option. I'm pretty sure this place is scamming people and I know first hand that they are forcing sub par insurance on their customers when the customers would like to use their own insurance for their new home. They are also breaking Arkansas laws by doing things that require an Arkansas insurance license and Lynn told me herself that no one there is licensed for insurance. The mortgage lenders hang up on you when you question anything and then will not answer the phone when you try to call back. This place is a joke. I'm not sure how they are even still in business but I will be reporting them to the BBB as well as the Arkansas Insurance Department. Please protect yourself and your assets and get your mortgage loan anywhere else!!!

Absolutely terrible...took 6 months to hear back on preapproval...had to keep calling..they were always out or busy and when they did finally call back they kept calling the wrong number despite being given the correct one several times...lost our paperwork several times and I had to regive it then denied us for reasons that we stated before we did the app..like the credit score..said yeah we can work with that but then said in a letter the credit score wasn't high enough..even my realtor said it was taking way too long and couldn't get proper responses from them.Terrible service.
