Centennial Bank, Heber Springs, AR

A great Centennial location, I usually bank at their Searcy location. It’s was my 1st visit at this location. Very friendly and professional.

I was in Heber Springs on Friday the day after Thanksgiving. I was looking for a different bank chain but somehow found myself at the door of Centennial. I needed some cash for a purchase by individual and the Centennial team came to the rescue. They helped me explore all alternatives and finally we found a solution. I was impressed. First thing in the morning everyone had a smile on and I wasn't even one of their customers. I plan to move to Heber someday. I will make Centennial part of my plan.

Exceptional customer service and friendliness!

Mrs. Lori Whisnant was the most helpful lady. She was able to help right away and was so very nice. I am from out of state and she was able to help me with my banking needs even though I am not a member of the bank. Really great to know there are so many polite people at this bank and Heber Springs as a whole.
