I was recommended this bank by business owner here in Hot Springs. I got the privilege of talking to one Evelyn Bates. This person will not return phone calls you will have to call and try to catch her. After getting all the paperwork that I thought was necessary and I was told that it should work. They told me to drive to the teller I did they handed me a wider papers and told me to sign it I asked them if I could see a banker since I'm new to the area. That was a big mistake. This lady is rude and has no business opening new accounts. I understand you have rules you should obey your own rules. If you don't want people to walk in in your lobby then don't tell him that it is open! Evelyn did call me I called back but guess what no return phone call. Nice way to treat a newcomer to Hot Springs
