When it came to buying our late-in-life "dream home" a local bank advised "you do not qualify for that big of a loan. You must look for a less expensive home". Gary, Pam and Tori were as easy to work with as anyone I've dealt with. Walked in one day wanted to refinance my home, Gary got on his computer and within 20 minutes, we were rolling. My work schedule was never disrupted as they were very accommodating with getting forms signed, filed and delivered.. ...Closed on my refinance 2 weeks of starting the process.... I used Westerman Mortgage for my initial loan. Gary and Pam were excellent! Recently we touched base and Ryan and Cindy have been amazing and gone the extra mile for me. I am getting my home refinanced at a much better interest rate and I am shaving 15 years off my loan and my payment is staying about the same!!! You will be very impressed by their knowledge, professionalism, kindness, compassion, and most of all--trustworthy! All of the loan officers and assistants are extremely friendly, very professional, and will work well after hours to help make sure your loan will go through. I will NEVER use anyone else. I highly recommend them. They are definitely the best in the business and their new office space is awesome!

I found Westerman Mortgage to be responsive and most importantly competitive. They facilitated a refinance that lowered my monthly payment and provided cash out to help me consolidate debt and get some home improvements done. It wasn't a simple refinance either. Many issues tried to derail our work, but they helped to push those.
