We were treated very professional to all employees that helped us with our visit. I hope I don't forget everyone that gave us their utmost attention. From Charlotte one of the tellers to Thomas, Shelly, Diane and Hanna thank you all for being so thoughtful and helpful. I hope I didn't leave anyone out. Again we appreciate everyone at AFCU and hope to do business again in the future.

I have always loved AFCU, but it has gone downhill in the last 5 years or more. I have gone into a branch, called multiple times on the phone and 4 years later still dealing with a simple change of address that they just cannot handle. Definitely would not send anyone here anymore.

The teller that assisted me was a very personable and professional young lady. She was extremely helpful and took care of my transaction in a very timely manner. I am continually pleased to have AFCU as my bank!

Drive thru teller needs training on how to collect information from customers and explain processes. Very rude in her approach and the experience was accusatory and offensive. She had 3 or 4 checks being submitted for deposit from the same company. However, this is how she questioned the largest check…where did you get this from, what did you do to get this, do you work for them? Been making deposits from this same company since 2017. Not a pleasant experience!!!

As soon as I walked into the branch office on the Air Force Base, I was greeted by an employee with biggest smile and friendliest demeanor. My request was handled quickly and professionally. I was in and out quickly and feeling good.

The driver thru teller that assisted me went above and beyond to be helpful, considerate and friendly to me! Wish I could give her more than 5 stars!!
