I called about an issue that I had this morning, the first lady that I spoke with was really nice, and helpful. I called a second time because I never heard back, and the lady that I spoke with was very rude and handled my issue very unprofessionally. I think that her name was Trish? Very unpleased with how this issue was handled.

Leann Wright and Chuck Palmer are life savers! the teller put our checks in the wrong account and the banks are closed today -Veterans DAy. But these 2 went above and beyond to fix the problem even on their day off! 5 stars to these 2

I was just in the drive thru, and the young man with the initials "CM" was the one who helped me. H was extremely rude about the transfer I was making, and didn't give me the proper receipt. I pay rent through this branch all the time and never had a problem with their customer service until this guy. I sincerely think he needs to be retrained as far as guest relations are concerned. Also, he might as well take the mask off if he isn't going to wear it properly.

Been banking with 1st National Bank for 22 years! The employees are very kind and courteous and the loan officers are awesome!

We have banked at 1st national for over 30 years. But to be honest, getting a lone from this bank is impossible unless you are rich. If that makes sense.
