I had an okay loan experience. Not great but okay. My issues were that there was very little communication, some things Stephanie told us were incorrect, and we had an incident where we were sent documents to get printed at the very last minute and had to find access to a printer in the middle of the night. I do want everyone warned though that if you do fill out Stephanie Nelson’s survey and note anything that was unsatisfactory, she’ll send you and your realtor a long personal text message explaining why she actually did a good job and you’re just ungrateful for it. Incredibly immature and unprofessional.
