Not at all happy with my experience with this company. I had a well qualified buyer that was seeking funding to purchase my business. Buyers profile credit score high 700s, 20%+ cash for down payment, remaining operating capital after the deal closes, industry experience, plus more. Business highly profitable open for 6+ years, 4 employees running functionally without owner involvement, increased sales year of year, with all documents. Very healthy deal and not asking for more than 200k. Antwan led us on for 2 months, we provided all requested documentation. Jumped through all requested hoops and hurdles to be ghosted after finally completing the application. Automated denial email to my buyer due to "credit". Buyers credit profile was very strong multiple profiles and age no negative remarks. Checked all 3 bureaus. Credit was never hard pulled or soft pulled. We asked Atwan for an explaination he never responded to our emails, every time we called he was "out of the office" or in a "meeting". This had to be the worst experience I've ever received from a financial institution. I was simply seeking advice for the denail to better prepare us for the next application. Or maybe a denial with a contingency. "We can finance this much xyz, but not this much. Or maybe such and such can help you." Nothing! The worst part is we checked all 3 of the buyers credit bureaus/reports none had soft pulls or hard pulls. They didnt even run the credit lol If the deal was not what you all liked a simple "this doesnt fit our portfilio risk at the moment" would have been suffice. Nonetheless, we found funding elsewhere and was still able to get the deal done but I felt the need to share my experience with other business owners. This was ridiculous!
