Tony Birk helped me obtain an Auto loan from Telcoe recently, it was such a refreshingly easy experience!! Tony was very personable and extremely pleasant to work with. I couldn't get a human connection with my other bank and tony was always accessible very responsive and knowledgeable. I will recommend Telcoe to anyone for anything! The Human touch is not lost over there!

The most pointless credit union. If you’re looking for a new bank, RUN AWAY! Outrageous fees and very little benefits, you can’t use Apple Pay or Zelle, there is always some kind of obstacle when it comes to them. There are way better credit unions. Don’t put your money here. The customer service is also horrible and they can’t solve a problem if it was 2+2.

I don't know what Valerie Rogers is talking about. I have a money market account with TFCU that I deposit a small amount every paycheck into, and it has only accrued money since I opened, no fees like she mentioned. The amounts accrued aren't huge, but it beats the socks off of any savings account interest accrual of any bank I've tried in the area. I've had no negative issues with TFCU. It's funny that every location feels like it's under high security because you never talk to a teller face to face. Just through screens and pneumatic tubes. Obviously, a security precaution for them. Just not the most subtle. ;)

Great Service!! I always get a great rate on Auto Loans. They helped me put my kids in vehicles. They really take a one on one personal approach with you and help the best they can. I love Telcoe.

This bank that is ran by CEO, Sara, allowed for my money to be stolen out of my account while I was hospitalized. I got my medical records proving that the dates I was inpatient, someone used my card as a credit card at public places with video recording. Sara refused to investigate, she froze my account, and told me I was not welcomed back in "her" bank. She told me she to stop calling her and to just file a complaint with consumer line. Shame on you Sara

Banking here for 20 years but at the times I need them most they are closed. And they don’t have very many branches or ATM locations to make deposits. And the few they have are very outdated. Not very many updates with the banking technology- no Zelle, no, updated debit card with touch free pay. Can’t use your account for Experian Boost. And on top of that I called recently at about 4:25pm as I was already in the downtown area (Chester St) and about 6 minutes away. Called them- it was exactly 4:24pm when I was in route and asked if they would wait so I could make a check deposit but was told by teller “no, we close in about 4 minutes” and then placed on hold for them to check with someone else-I guess management-who also advised “no, we close at 4:30”. They couldn’t wait two minutes for their customer of 20 years. I’ve worked in banking and for sure would never turn down a customer in such a manner. It always had to open 10 minutes earlier and stay five minutes past closing time. Just remember your customer’s needs and know that we work banking hours too. Disappointed…

I’ve been banking with him for 21 years I’ve always had pleasant experiences. They have always been professional and always willing to help. I moved from Arkansas in 2012 I’ve lived in two other states and I travel a lot. I am still a member of Telcoe federal credit union and I will not bank with anyone else. They are stuck with me for life. Thank you for all you do..
