Used the drive thru ATM. Pressed the 40.00 cash withdrawal button on the screen. A receipt printed out that I was trying to withdraw 100.00, insufficient funds. ATM offered an option to change the amount, I pressed 40.00 AGAIN. Cash and card returned. I was charged 6.00 for "two" transactions, and 1.00 overdraft fee (I use a different bank, btw). Went inside to talk to Sarah at the front desk. She made a phone call to Laura who told her "there is nothing we can do, you have to dispute the charges with your bank." I asked her if the ATM belonged to Bank OZK and she said yes, but "we don't have anything to do with the ATM here. They won't even let us service it." So I was just charged 7.00 for a 40.00 ATM withdrawal, at no fault of my own. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Bank OZK. The customer service is non-existent and they must have a faulty ATM that they cannot fix, because "we don't have anything to do with the ATM here. They won't even let us service it." Disgusting.... P.S. Eticia is the managers name.

The team here needs training on dealing with elderly with dementia. My mom had a very upsetting experience with a female teller over something she misunderstood. Rather than being compassionate and patient, the teller became impatient and condescending.

I have banked at this location for years. The staff has always been extremely professional, and resolved any issues I have had quickly.
