I had applied for mortgages and refinanced before and I had the best experience this time with Arvest. The team Amanda, Karla, Devon are exceptional. They are so professional, efficient, knowledgeable and so helpful. They take care of my question, issues in matter of minutes. My loan was opened and closed within 9 days, it was awesome and unheard. I really appreciate everything they did for me. Arvest, you have an A+ team in your company.

Arvest is a good company to do business with as the agents are friendly and will go "out of their way" to help the customer. My wife and I have held home mortgages with them for the past 7 years and have been pleased with the interest rates and closing costs offered. We just bought a new home in the Atlanta metro area and waited six months to move-in due to raw material supply issues and the delays it caused to get our new home built. Steve Miller and his team worked with us through the entire time to make sure our mortgage was ready when we needed to close. We would recommend Arvest to anyone who wants to work with pleasant folks who are very professional and pretty quick to help close your mortgage on time and at a fair price.

Working with Tracey and William from the Arvest team made purchasing our first house easy and less stressful than we'd ever imagined. They were thorough in their explanations of all of the terms of our loan and walked us through each step of what we needed to do. They we always available and willing to answer any questions. Our mortgage specialist (Brett) and our mortgage assistant (Candy) were wonderful to deal with. They were informative, prompt, and courteous. Arvest was already our mortgage provider, so when we decided to get information on possibly refinancing, we contacted them. We spoke with Sharon Farnsworth who explained the process. When it was time to apply, after asking us some questions, Sharon told us we were qualified and we were on our way. The whole process took about a month from beginning to end. Sharon and her staff made it so easy to electronically receive the documents they sent us or requested . Reading and signing documents was a breeze. Sharon and her staff treated us as if we were the only customer -- excellent customer service. This was by far the easiest mortgage experience I've ever had. She's professional, courteous, expeditious, and knows her business. If she doesn't have an answer, she quickly finds it and gets right back to you. I would highly recommend Arvest Bank and Sharon Farnsworth no matter where you are in the U.S. My husband and I are very happy with our transaction.

Arvest Bank makes all aspects of banking enjoyable, with mortgages being no exception. I worked with a great loan officer while buying my first house. He was always available when I needed him, very communicative, and provided as much transparency as he could throughout. He always made sure that I understood everything while not worrying about anything. I've honestly been very happy with Arvest bank overall, for many reasons. Their customer service is head and shoulders above their competition, and it's no surprise, seeing how they have good people like him representing their mortgage division. Highly recommend.
