Rude staff, will try anything to inconvenience you. Froze my account multiple times without authorizing or contacting me. Had my card stop working right before labor day weekend saying "lost card" never filed for lost card.

Won't issue debit cards, never has enough cash for a small withdrawal, reps are rude and manager is never in. Not sure why they stay open when they don't conduct business.
