Overdraft fee, they were in court for predatory od fees , and they will hold the money until they can overdraft fee a couple of times, can't wait to find another bank,

Sent the$620 via money order, for my closed account. I still don't have a physical address, still am homeless. You can keep the "change". Sorry it's taken 4 years, I've been homeless the whole time.

Very nice tellers. This location was pretty quick too. It wasn't completely clear where the entrance to the atm was but being my first time pulling into the parking lot so I'll give myself a pass. Probably will use this branch more often than not for a while.

Arvest Bank is the #1 Bank

The manager refused to deposit a check into my account that has been signed over to me. I believe she stole it. If she didn't she should get it back to me. She was also rude and dismissive and acted like I was a thief. My fiance and I both longtime account holders with arvest Bank are seriously considered moving our business to a different bank. We don't need that kind of attitude from your poorly trained and barely washed manager.

Good luck getting a person on the phone, shoot for ten minutes listening to computer comps, never did get to a person. Gladly using another bank
