Andy, and everyone else at this bank/branch are a pleasure to work with… Very impressed with the customer service! They all deserve a raise!

I am not happy the night deposit has been cover over with a stainless piece of steel. I have used this branch because it is closest to my work and it is the only branch opened on Saturday. Otherwise I would have rated it the fifth star. Why the lost of the night depository?

Andy Slater was friendly, professional and helpful when I had questions about services offered such as bill pay. He also helped me to set up the first security app on my phone. Chad Merriman was prompt in contacting us to answer our questions regarding loans and auto financing options.

I went to the main branch to see Cindy Arnold. She has taken care of out business with the bank for years. I found out she is now the manager of the N>E> Branch on hwy.62. I went there and she help me as she always had in the past. She is such a asset to the bank. She goes the extra mile to make you feel like your special. We have been with the bank sense 2003 and have always felt that we were a valued customer. Making Ms. Arnold manager of the N>E> Branch was a excellent move.
