Regions Bank, Newport, AR

1 star rating is too much for them they actually deserve a zero but it won't let me do that. This is absolutely the worst bank to deal with. My husband and I open up an account with them over 2 months ago and today I found out that the account had been closed, so is direct deposit for payroll was returned. Was not notified by letter or by phone, when asked why, was told that they had no clue.

I've been going there for a long time and yesterday one of you people by the name of Christopher Koerbel was the most disrespectful and rude person I'm fixing to talk to a supervisor every time he has a nasty attitude
