During this time of businesses being short staffed and customers being impatient, I must commend Jeff for being professional and courteous. I was waiting while Jeff was dealing with a customer who was kind of rude and demanding. Jeff kept his composure and remained patient. After the guy left, I said something about the guy and Jeff just smiled and asked if he could help me. I was even MORE impressed that he didn’t say anything negative about previous the customer. That’s professionalism.

Customer service wasn't all that great the manager Jerry asked me to write my social security number on the back of a check which made me feel kind of uncomfortable because that is a document that they are required to keep I visited two other locations and have never had this happen will not go back to this location we'll go to the other two primaries that I use such as Roosevelt where laquanda is amazing or geyer springs where Misty is also great

I’ve been to this location a couple of times, but there is one employee that just stands out. She has always greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable when completing transactions. Her energy makes the dreadfulness and tedious feeling of waiting in that long line to cash my check melt away. Cynthia is the true star here when it comes to serving the customers best interest.

Martha was a wonderful and friendly customer service representative who was both personable and professional. She like me explained the necessary information applicable to my purpose of being at the store. In the past I have not thoroughly enjoyed any type of place as a search but with her I am glad to say I will be back.
