I’ve been going here for many years, I’m 32 now back in my younger years I’d pawn things when I needed money. Now that I’m older and I don’t need money lol. I went in to shop around, didn’t know much about what was looking at, but the gentlemen spent his time explaining the differences to me and really schooled me on the items I didn’t know much about. I didn’t end up buying anything that day, but I am in the market and I’m definitely going back and buying from them. He made really good impression on me.

Been buying and selling gold accessories with them for over 10yrs, always got quality service, now they know me personally, i get better negotiable deals,

This place does not even deserve 1 star. I thought they were decent people, being able to pawn something for a few days and getting it back, easy as that. I own something that has stickers on it that we specifically said we’d get back out within a few days so this place was never told that they were allowed to sell it or whatever. I came back to get it, and the stickers were either completely removed or ripped halfway off and left there. They did not even deserve the money back for damaging my property like that.

I've used their storage units in the past as well as now.they have reasonable rates and a very clean facility.Good people

I recently had the pleasure of doing business with what I can confidently say is the best pawn shop I have ever encountered. The staff provided excellent service and made me a fair offer, which I was more than happy to accept. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this pawn shop to anyone looking for fair deals and excellent customer service.

EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. The guy with the long hair will literally walk away while you are speaking. He will try to give you a much lower price than your items are worth. They will want you to give an amount, hoping that it will be lower than their offer, to pay you as less as possible. It is incredibly disappointing when someone is so rude when their business is in your neighborhood. They do not care about respect. To make it worse, we are handicapped and it took a lot of energy to come into the store. I should have known to not expect much when I walked into the store and saw that it was junky. Thankfully, I found a pawnshop in North Little Rock m that is excellent! BOSWELL AND SONS WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT! I RECOMMEND BROSWELL &SONS!

I have had the opportunity to make deals with the owner and he behaves better than the workers. The workers are very arrogant. I think this is the last time I come to this place.
