Bank of America (with Drive-thru services), Pine Bluff, AR

A wonderful experience.Miss Felicia helped us and took care of all our needs.She called to our attention some changes that would return more interest on our savings..She looked out for us!!

Very, friendly and fast service. This place was packed and even though the line was long it took less than five minutes too handle my situation. They offer a wide variety such as auto loans, mortgage loans, and simple banking.

Never will go to this bank again gave us a complete run around for days, everybody telling you different things. Bank Manager is black, I was always told your own color makes it harder for you. Prefer to deal with the opposite color anytime.

If google have 0 star for chose, I would chose 0 on it. What a bad service they have?!!!! The Spanish lady who work at the drive thru rolled her eyes to the customer for being ask a question that they made before see if the case have the results yet. There was noting offending her. She had no idea of that case which is fine, because there was not her handle that. but she shouldn’t rolling her eyes to me, to the customer !!!!! Excuse me, What make her feel so superior to others?! Shame on her!!!!! How dare her?! Their is the only one Bank of America in the pine bluff, if I have a choose, I wouldn’t go again!!! What a bad day I have because of her. Now I know why she could only working at that position for years!!!!! Bad service!!!!!!!

The service here was fantastic. Everyone was extremely helpful and took care of me in a timely manner. If I didn't live so far away from a bank of america I would definitely continue to use this branch!

I just wish that people would be courteous and go to the second ATM when entering the double ATM lines! People always enter the line and stop at the first ATM. Roll forward!!! It's irritating that Pine Bluff people aren't courteous of others. We have double ATM lines so that cars move through faster. Please put up some signs or something 🙏 😕
