I have had my mortagage with Gateway for almost three years. Every encounter I have had with Gateway at multiple offices has been the most horrible experience I have ever had. Every person I have encountered treats you like a dog, and talks to you like your an idiot. All doing this while saying I can't help you. I have seriously considered moving my mortgage elsewhere. Never in my life have seen such horriffic service. If you are considering Gateway for future loans, I would 100% consider going elsewere.

I wished there was a negative star. My young son trying to by a house for first time. Can’t get any straight answers and never have time to set up a meeting when it is convenient for you. Never in my life have I seen a company treat a first time buyer so badly. Will not recommend to anyone. Wished we would have read the reviews before we got involved with Lisa and her Manager Kathy in Rogers office. They have nothing straight and have ruined house buying for this young boy. Beware.....

I went in to just speak with someone about a loan. Did not agree for them to run my credit since this was just a visit to see what types of things they offered. I gave them some personal info so they could get an idea of what area I might fall into. I decided against going with them, never agreed to pulling my credit. The very next day and months later, I have loan companies like quicken loans calling me daily. It has been a hassle.
