I used them today to wire money for a client who is purchasing a piece of real estate. The staff was very helpful and very friendly when it came to explaining to my client the process and what was specifically being done with this transaction. We typically work with a loan officer from the Clarksville branch, so today was a smooth and pleasant transaction for us and our client.

Lost my debit card and they printed me one right then and there, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the machine was down for a few days, so I made several trips but it was still faster and more convenient than waiting 10 days for a card.

Bad Customer Service, and Attitude. I have 3 co-checking accounts at this bank, We pay a monthly fee for each account. Blue Basic Plus. I recently started collecting National Park coins, I ask for 3 rolls of quarters, search through them and once a week return and exchange for 3 more. This branch at Inglewood and W Main tells me even though they charge me a monthly fee on each account, they are also going to charge me a 10% fee each time I exchange rolls = $3.00 each visit. I have 2 accounts at other local Banks, no extra fee's charged, friendly, they want my business.

By far the best bank I have dealt with. They go beyond any other banks, for superior and service. Always professional and polite. Will continue to use them in the future with loans and mortgages.

I love this bank they are always so very friendly there's never a wait in line there maybe a couple people in there that I'm very very helpful very respectful polite and welcoming
