Arkansas Federal Credit Union, Searcy, AR

I moved to Beebe, Arkansas earlier this year and finally got around to moving my banking here. Went to the Searcy branch and met with the branch manager. He got our accounts set up really quickly. Then he was incredibly helpful with my other finances. He got my truck refinanced and swapped over to AFCU in minutes! I had a really good relationship with my Credit Union back hope and look forward to having the same with Arkansas Federal.

Best bank ever. They greet you at the door and help you in a fast and friendly manner . I highly recommend AFC .

I moved to Arkansas from Connecticut and I love Arkansas people. Everyone so polite and friendly. Don't change, and don't go to Connecticut.

They put a 9 day hold on my money and will tie up your transaction for no reason without a way to cancel. I was told there would be a 1 day hold and apparently was given false info or I wouldn't have opened an account. *Edit: I did reach out to a supervisor before leaving this review. They said there was nothing they could do to help me.

I don't do business with them, but the company I work for does; I went to deposit a check for them, and had to wait at least 10 minutes after being told it would be a couple. One person was taking care of a customer and it looked like someone else was watching instead of helping me, which took a minute.

Well, I just came to this bank with a truck loan and asked them if I could change the payment day to make it easier on me financially to pay my loan ...Unfortunately they said NO!!! I FEEL IF YOUR NOT GOING TO HELP A CUSTOMER TO NOT STRUGGLE PAY A LOAN SINGLE DAD RAISING A 15 YEAR OLD SON !!! YOU GET A THIS REVEIW!!!

Everyone in the bank is always very friendly and helpful. I have been with Arkansas Federal Credit Union for around 8 yrs and I don't ever plan on changing banks.
