Thank you so very much to Will. I was scammed out of $145. I was so embarrassed and did not know what to do. But with his general guidance we were able to figure out a way to get the money back into my account to pay the scammers. I have been banking with first security since 2010 and did not want to mess up my account. I live in a fixed income and there was no way I could have come up with the money. But thew my tears he help find a way.

Patrick is the most rude person at any bank I have ever dealt with. I will never do business here again.

W.O.W....What a treat on such a cold dreary day. I was not looking forward to the "Hoops" I was envisioning going through after closing a substantial out of state Bank account,to cash, only to be Arrested for a traffic ticket. Released with no identification but a Birth Certificate and a Mug Shot Print-Out from the county lock-up...Nothing is Easy in life anymore... Mrs Hughes ceased a conversation with a co-worker immediately, greeted me with such a Southern Charm that just Amazed little 'ol me...she saw what I had, said it was quite suffecient to cash a county jail check...her smile is still contagious...I'm paying if forward now at the Department of Revenue...while waiting to see if any 'Hoops' are still needing jumped through here...hmm. Thx Mrs. Hughes...you made my Week!!

We have been trying to close on a home for several weeks only to be put off by someone who obviously cannot do their job. Why would a professional place of business have someone like this employed?

If zero stars was an option, I'd have given it zero. Much better banks in the area.
